The first phase of the steal was when Democrat party lawyers and operatives UNCONSTITUTIONALLY changed election law and millions of illegal mail-in ballots were sent into the electorate.
The second phase of the steal was hiring ballot traffickers and mules to round up those illegal ballots from personal homes, apartment buildings, nursing homes and other locations and traffic & stuff the ballot boxes.
The final phase was the DROP AND ROLL operation where those illegal ballots were sent to key battleground precincts and scanned into the rigged machines that fixed the remaining votes counts in exact proportions to get Biden the lead and keep it.
